I stumbled on Food Babe’s version of a kale salad recently and decided to make some adjustments based on ingredients that I had on hand. Admittedly, I would have loved to include pine nuts as she suggested, but couldn’t justify spending almost $12.00 for a teeny-tiny container of them.
